Dear Friends,
How is everybody doing?

This month we fine tuned the Beggars For Some Soul album, pulled some tunes off and put others on, so now there are 13 super songs. I redid the album preview, shining the light on the best 6 songs as you can watch below.

The newest song last month we produced, which is the 2nd track on the Beggars album is Straight Up & True, a Rhythm and Blues song with a happy love vibe. It pulls you in with the increasing tension of chords that resolve in a joyous explosion.

This one was shot in John's studio and only contains footage of John playing, no other images were added. We think it came out great and gives one the informal atmosphere helping you feel like you are right there in his studio and he's performing this for you alone. That whole song is featured below.

We brought back our two eerie Halloween videos: the Celtic Rock ghost story, River Cross, and one about the Shakers. The Shaker cemetery is in Harvard, Massachusetts. We did some research and found some surprising facts and so John saw the Shakers in a very different way than most of the population who love their furniture and box designs. John's atheism gives him this unique view as well. His slide guitar, the weird chords and melody, plus the video footage I found make it perfect for Halloween!

River Cross is a fictional ghost story that was created as we were creating the video. I am the villager voice with the fake, but hopefully convincing, Celtic accent!

The music video images, plus the suspense of the story and music, create an unusual Celtic Rock ghost story.
Great slide guitar and other effects bring you to Lollipop Cemetery, Harvard, Massachusetts.
